Tom Delonge left one of the most successful bands in the last twenty years, Blink-182, to form Angels And Airwaves a few years back, and the band has come into its own with its second album, I-Empire.

The music is radically different from Blink-182 and he was asked if the old fans have opened up the Airwaves to his new band.

Dude, Tom was on for a good fifteen to twenty minutes and he was talking about some old Blink stories about how him and Mark would turn off the lights with people and when they turned the lights back on they had their dicks flapping in peoples faces (I know that's been talked about before when he was in blink and in Tales Beneath Your Mom) and he said this one time Mark and him did an interview and when Mark was leaving he pretended to fall and he grabbed a dudes dick on the way down, haha. He also said he thought up some stuff for Mark to do, like one time Mark had to fart really bad so he fell over and acted like he was having a heart attack and when everyone gathered around, he lifted his butt up and farted. He said he might have to do some Blink stories each time he gets on as well. He talked about them editing I-Empire, the Breathe video, they're filming a video for Secret Crowds this week, and he also talked some about the documentary. It said it was a little weird because it showed him right after the blink break up and showed him talking some so that was weird for him to watch. Someone asked him about atticus and he said not to do anything with that company because they're not good people, and he said someone broke into his house and he went to sketch it to show us what the dude looked like and it was a drawing of a dick and he asked if it was any of our dads. He talked about Macbeth is going to make a version of his G Star jacket and Macbeth is also signing some skateboarders/snowboarders and talked about some company named "Edmund"? I guess I spelled that right. He said something about their setlist being an hour and a half and he has something planned and he drew a picture of glasses and it projecting onto a wall but he wouldn't tell us what it was. It was definately awesome and it was cool to hear him talk about Blink and Mark again. I've got some crappy cellphone videos from pretty much the whole thing if anyone wants them if I can get them converted over to quicktime on my mac.

No prob guys, I thought a lot of you would like to hear some of that stuff. He didn't say a particular date on anything, just that he just got off the phone with the director of I-Empire and that they are editing it and that they are still editing the Breathe video and someone asked him when it was coming out and he said he wasn't sure since they were doing so much stuff and they were probably going to record the Secret Crowds video this week. Yeah, he talked about Mark a lot but after he did, he said "but this band is a lot more funnier and hyper than my last band..." and he started talking about Matt and how he can play the piano like the dude in Muse. The Atticus comment was said dead serious, so I don't know. His exact words were " I sold my shares in that company a while back and haven't had anything to do with them, you guys shouldn't either, they're just not good people" so I thought that was interesting. Maybe Tom has something up his sleeve though with the Boxcar song....I think it'd be awesome if he had Mark come and sing his part on Elevator. I asked Tom if he missed Mark but he didn't reply. It was cool to see and hear Tom being "himself" again, it didn't seem forced and he answered a lot of people's questions. Some girl said she was shaking and Tom brought the camera in close and said he'd talk to just her and he said "I don't know who you are, but don't shake....there are some nice, warm blankets....cover up, put on some Sinatra and get any type of ice cream...preferably with cookie dough...and oreos." and I asked "Does peanut butter make you feel better Tom?" and he said "Does peanut butter make me feel better? No" but I don't think he got the jist of my question haha. He told us we were all a bunch of perverts so that was funny.
